About the Job
Within the franchise plans, the Customer Engagement Lead executes marketing and sales strategy through a combination of office based digital and in field activities for a product, service, therapeutic area, franchise, or portfolio, through Customer needs identification and Omnichannel collaborative approach at local/Hub level. Activities require a cross functional approach with Sales, North Europe Marketing and Medical teams.

Responsibilities
CUSTOMER
- Is the customer voice, being present in the field to gather customer insights and monitoring actively Customer Satisfaction
- PERFORMANCE
- Elaborate the Customer Engagement Plan, aligned with the brand strategy, ensure brand messaging alignment across channels
- Define and execute the cross-functional (incl. sales) Omnichannel customer journey or get it executed by the appropriate Go To Market Capabilities (GTMC)
- Strive for a deep customer behavioural knowledge & customer feedback
- Leverage data and analytics, iterate (Be/Do agile, Test & Learn) for continuous improvement
- Deploy GLocal Contents & Events (incl. localization, MLR...)
- Deliver input to the Business planning and PSTA plan
- EBI
- Maintain the highest standard of compliance, ethics and business integrity

- Preferably relevant experience in similar role
- Experience from working in a multi country setting
