Main responsibilities:
  • Actively promotes and increases the adoption of Sanofi's products and services among a range of healthcare professionals, including hospital-based doctors, and pharmacists, ensuring the company's solutions are well-integrated into clinical practices.

  • Establishes and nurtures strong, professional relationships with healthcare providers by understanding their needs, providing relevant solutions, and fostering trust and collaboration.
  • Develops and implements strategies tailored to specific customer segments, leveraging market insights to drive brand awareness, improve market share, and achieve sales targets.
  • Continuously updates knowledge on disease areas, product information, clinical trials, and competitor activities to effectively position Sanofi's portfolio and provide value to healthcare professionals.

  • About you
    • Experience: At least a year or 2 in marketing and sales industry
    • Soft and technical skills: Soft Skills--communication skills, Relationship building, Adaptability and flexibility, Problem solving and critical thingking, time management. Technical Skills-Presentation skills, Product and Industry knowledge, Customer segmentation and targeting, Sales and Marketing Strategies, Regulatory compliance.
    • Education: Bachelor's Degree
    • Languages: Fluent in English and Tagalog
