Main responsibilities:
The CDE Specialist supports the CDE Market Head/Lead in implementing organizational CDE best practices, trends, research, insights across their respective market leveraging global COE support and insight as required.
Culture
- Collaborate with the Global team to align as One Sanofi locally
- Support Corporate Affairs & Communications to optimize and increase engagement with local context in the local market and make the Play to Win behaviors more visible
- Assist in promoting culture levers/programs when accelerating our transformation and modernization to sustain a healthy culture.
- Support the alignment with the global culture roadmap while ensuring local initiatives meet business objectives.
- Help track impact metrics and feed them into the global system
- Contribute to storytelling efforts related to behaviour change and cultural impact
- Help identify and share best practices and innovations at a local level globally to support and inspire other geographies and drive capability
Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
- Support local ERGs / Affinity Groups, while listening, adapting, and building trust
- Assist in DEI advisory efforts to the leadership teams in their markets
- Support the establishment and operations of any local DE&I Councils
- Collaborate with Corporate Affairs & Communications to optimize and increase engagement with local context in the local market and make the DEI work more visible
- Help manage and respond to DE&I requests for information from across the enterprise and external organizations
- Support the development of relationships with external partners across their region and assist with any local Supplier Diversity goals
- Where deployed, support the implementation of A Million Conversations, particularly the NextGen scholarship program and Inclusive internal dialogues
Experience (Ex)
- Support global Ex related projects and assist in applying the 7-6-5 model
- Help gather data insights to shape local P&C activity based on the best Ex practice
- Collaborate with local comms to ensure storytelling of changes are aligned
About you
- Analytical thinker with a data-driven mindset who can support storytelling to influence leaders across the region
- Ability to demonstrate an understanding of the issues at play across Culture, Diversity and Employee experience in their market
- Familiarity with data-driven approaches to decision making
- Knowledge of Inclusion best practices across different underrepresented groups
- Good project management, analysis and reporting skills
- High level of self-awareness, empathy, diplomacy, and confidentiality
- Operational/HR Experience would be an advantage in addition to experience in CDE
- Experience of being part of an Employee Resource Group / Affinity group would be an advantage
- Fluency in English is required
