About the job
- Own and manage the CRM platform efficiently utilized and continuously improved for Taiwan and Hong Kong through proper data management, analytics and integration/optimization.
Main responsibilities:
- Manage and responsible for CRM platform for HongKong & Taiwan.
- Manage HCP master data in CRM and continuously driving data accuracy.
- Conduct relevant analysis for BU/brand/customer using CRM data to provide insight for commercial team.
- Work transversally with cross-function teams on CRM relevant projects, including system optimization and integration.
- Collaborate with Field Force Effectiveness Manager, Sales managers and BUDs to drive sales force productivity, efficiency and effectiveness through full utilization of CRM.

About you
- College / University graduate.
- Experience in customer tool management; good knowledge of online/mobile applications and database.
- Experience in report generation tools.
- Good analytical and organizational skills.
- Good command of written English, communication verbal English skill an advantage.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills.
