This new Business Unit will enable the delivery of best-in-class business support capabilities across the organization, incorporating and engaging disparate teams from across areas such as R&D, M&S, the Corporate Functions and GBUs into new global Service Delivery Towers with initial services spanning Commercial, Finance, Procurement and People & Culture.

Reporting to the Contract Solutions Partner (MCO) Team Lead , the Contract Solutions Partner plays a critical role in Sanofi's Key Markets and MCOs, providing contracting guidance and advice, triaging Contracting issues, driving adherence to the Contracting Core model, and working collaboratively with the business and Contract Services teams to anticipate annual contract volumes in an effort to ensure the right-level of resourcing and support is available to manage demands.

Main responsibilities:
  • Streamline Contracting Operations: Ensure all contracting needs align with lifecycle management standards and integrate seamlessly into our global contract delivery framework.
  • Monitor and Improve: Identify deviations from the core model, create remediation plans, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Plan and Optimize: Work with Key Market or MCO teams to forecast annual contract volumes and resourcing needs, ensuring adequate support for all GBUs and Corporate Functions.
  • Collaborate and Deliver Results: Partner with Key Market or MCO management to measure progress, track value delivery, and ensure compliance with performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Foster Relationships: Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to simplify and standardize contracting processes while enhancing the contracting control environment.

About you

Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience in complex operations, specializing in contracting services.
  • Proven track record in managing and optimizing contracting processes.
  • Experience in healthcare and/or life-science industry is nice to have.
  • Global or international experience and ability to work with a diverse team is a plus.

Soft skills:
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Effective collaborator with excellent trust-building and influencing skills.
  • Results-oriented with exceptional problem-solving capabilities.

Education:
  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in Legal, Finance, or a related business discipline.

Languages:
  • Fluency in English and Ukrainian or Romanian.
