As Continuous Improvement (CI) Specialist, you will play a crucial role in fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the Process-Centric Units (PCUs) at our company. The main objective is to drive efficiency, quality, and performance through data analysis, strategic planning, and collaboration with different stakeholders. You will bring your proactive approach to identify opportunities for improvement, facilitate the CI process, and support the implementation of Lean tools and methodologies.

Main responsibilities:
  • Facilitate Continuous Improvement Processes:
    • Coordinate and lead Level 1 Continuous Improvement (CI) meetings and prioritize CI projects, ensuring that CI boards are updated with project progress.
    • Work closely with the PCU team to develop and improve standard work plans annually.
    • Serve as a point of contact to consolidate and address losses related to PCU activities.
  • PCU Meeting Roles:
    • Attend and contribute to daily Level 1 +QDCI meetings.
    • Contribute to higher-level CI meetings, escalating issues when needed.
  • Data Analysis:
    • Analyze data to support daily, weekly, and monthly prioritization and decision-making using PowerBI, FaCT, etc.
    • Create and update Pareto charts and other data visualization tools to highlight losses and track improvements.
    • Use data insights to guide problem-solving efforts and support decision-making.
  • CI Loop Contribution:
    • Collaborate with PCU leaders to instill a culture of continuous improvement.
    • Support process-centric units by facilitating root cause analysis and developing quick-win solutions.
    • Train and coach team members on problem-solving tools and techniques.
    • Maintain consistent communication with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on CI initiatives.

About you

Experience:
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is highly preferred.

Hard & Soft skills:
  • Strong knowledge of SMS (Lean) tools and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Excellent data analysis skills and proficiency in tools like Excel, Power BI, and other data visualization software.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, engineering, or related field.

Language:
  • Fluency in English, Hungarian is a must
