  • Joining Sanofi Rare Disease team, working on Fabry as part of our sales teams, you are joining Taiwan Rare Disease leader, Sanofi Taiwan key brand team and its strategic growth driver.
  • Joining Rare Disease is also about making an impact in the life of many patients and their families, by playing a key role in expanding the awareness of rare diseases with a broad audience, supporting HCP in the early screening and diagnosis of these patients, and ensuring the right level of support is provided for a smooth treatment journey.
  • As a CSA, Clinical Science Associate, your focus will be to support the work on disease awareness, diagnostics experience, and treatment adoption ladder of existing and new customers, working hand in hand with CSS Clinical Science Specialists who will be supporting you and your customers in making sure newly diagnosed patients can receive proper treatment as fast as possible.

Main responsibilities:
  • The full responsibility for promoting activities for the company products and services to medical professionals including but not limited to physicians, genetic counsellors, pharmacists, nurses/technicians in injection room and hospital laboratory to meet overall revenue.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and to develop awareness project.
  • Address competitors' move, provide company related market intelligence and strategic customer related data.
  • Coordinate with Clinical Science Specialist to provide holistic partnership in target accounts and to assist in develop advocates.
  • To fulfil the SF KPIs and Omnichannel requirement in reporting and maintaining doctor's record.
  • To plan and execute the call plan based on targeting priority in CENTRIX.
  • Reporting AE events and customer complain.
  • Require domestic and international travel.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
  • Sanofi employee must understand of own roles and responsibilities in avoiding health risk (Health), preventing accidents (Safety) and environment protection (Environment). Involved in any such activities must comply with HSE policy.

About you
  • University Degree in pharmaceutical and/or life science related fields.
  • Master degree is a plus.
  • Fluent in Chinese and English.
  • Presentation skill.
  • Driving license.
  • Basic selling skill.
  • Territory management skill.
  • Medical knowledge.
  • Customer development planning skill (preferred).
  • Hospital listing experience (preferred).
  • Experienced in Cardiology, Nephrology and Neurology specialties (preferred).
  • Team player.
  • Sense of initiative, entrepreneurship, and ownership.
  • Selling skill.
  • Territory management skill.
  • Results Orientation.
  • Customer Orientation.
  • Driving license.
