About the job
As a Business Intelligence Specialist, you will serve as a strategic partner in guiding the organization's growth trajectory by providing comprehensive market intelligence, driving data-driven decision-making, and leading initiatives to forecast the OTC market and gain market share in our brands and countries. Your mission is to collaborate closely with key stakeholders, leveraging advanced analytics techniques to deliver descriptive, predictive and prescriptive insights that fuel business growth and ensure the successful execution of our strategic objectives.
Main responsibilities:
Market & Business Intelligence Analysis:
Conduct comprehensive analysis of market & business trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to generate actionable insights supporting strategic decision-making, forecasting market demand, assessing market share opportunities, and recommending strategies for business growth.
Strategic Planning and Stakeholder Engagement:
Provide support in strategic planning processes (e.g., IBP, brand plans) by delivering data-driven insights and recommendations aligned with business objectives. Collaborate closely with key stakeholders, including Trade Marketing, Sales, and Brand & Innovation teams, to understand business needs, drive growth initiatives, and ensure alignment of BI initiatives with organizational goals.
Business Performance Reviews:
Lead monthly performance reviews with cross-functional teams, discussing market performance and brand strategies, collaborating closely with stakeholders to identify key insights and growth opportunities.
Data Management, Reporting, and Visualization:
Develop and maintain robust data models and simple, business-oriented visuals using tools like Power BI to effectively communicate key performance metrics and trends to stakeholders.
Vendor Management:
Oversee budget planning and management for assigned countries, leveraging vendor relationships (e.g., IQVIA, Closeup, Nielsen) to ensure efficient finance processes and optimize resource allocation. Coordinate external market research activities and other vendor services to gather additional insights, validate analytical findings, and maintain a comprehensive understanding of market dynamics.
Continuous Learning and Improvement:
Stay updated on industry and economic trends, emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, and best practices in BI and data analytics. Continuously enhance skills and contribute to improving analytical processes and team capabilities.
About you
Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or a related field, preferably in pharmaceutical or consumer goods industries. Previous experience in managing multi-country regions is a plus.

- Ability to multitask and manage various project elements simultaneously.
- Simple, impactful, creative presentations
- Enjoyment of data analysis and visualization.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, with advanced Excel skills and data visualization tools such as Power BI (PowerQuery, Power Pivot).
- Knowledge in programming languages like Dax & Python is a plus.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial engineering, or a related field.
Languages:
- Advanced English.
