Main responsibilities
- Collect market competitive intelligence from different databases, data handling and slides to support BD projects;
- Meeting organization, coordination, meeting room booking and zoom device setting up;
- Get familiar with Company Expense & Travel SOP, help to book travel and expense reports;
- Support contract signing and internal approval, hardcopies and digital documents archiving;
- Support team activities: birthday, team lunch etc;
Requirement
Education & Knowlege:
- Students from top tier universities, major in Biology/Chemistry/Medical, or Business background with Pharma experience preferred;
- Experience in consulting firm will be a plus but not a must;
- Good English communication (reading and writing are mandatory);
- Excellent MS Office skills;

Attendance:
4~5 day/week, at least 4 months, long term preferred
