Main Responsibilities:
- Strategic leadership for brand, ensuring choices are based on deep consumer insight and data analysis to drive sustainable sales growth and profitability in line with the Opella Strategy
- Management of brand architecture, portfolio management and caretaker of brand equity
- Create integrated consumer campaigns including precision marketing based on consumer journey and marketing mix analysis that connect with right consumer, at right moment, through the right channel, with the right message
- Strong partnering with agency and cross-functional partners, including global marketing organization. Requires frequent communication and collaboration
- Oversee P&L management, forecasting, and inventory planning
- Work with Pipeline Strategy Lead to ensure alignment of innovation roadmap with the brand strategy
- Leadership - skills to envision, engage, enable, and execute; ability to balance long-term strategic priorities with short-term business needs
- Cooperate transversally: collaboration and influence skills up-down-across organizations and cultures/geographies
- Act for change - embrace change and innovation and initiate new & improved ways of working.
- Develop people - takes responsibility for oneself and others in anticipation of future business needs.
About You
- Post-Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university (e.g., Masters, MBA or equivalent)- Area of specialization: MBA (or equivalent experience).
- 3-5 years of relevant brand marketing experience, especially in OTC or FMCG
- Strong analytical acumen
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strategic, integrative and analytical thinking
- Creativity and problem-solving
- Flexibility to adapt to constantly changing business environment
- Strong familiarity with social platforms (Meta, TikTok primarily)
- Strong familiarity with AI and content creation preferred
