We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Brand Marketing Apprentice to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about marketing and eager to gain hands-on experience in launching products.

As a Marketing Apprentice within the Transplant Franchise in Sanofi UK/IE, you will provide support to the Marketing team to support life cycle management strategy, develop, deploy and monitor omnichannel campaigns and implement overall brand strategy.

Our mission is to enable life changing stories and redefine quality of life for transplant patients. You will be part of a Franchise which is in the early stage of launching phase of an innovative medicine and has a strong footprint to be the leader in Transplant.

Main responsibilities:

• Support the implementation of brand strategy and analysis of regional and national markets, customers and levers of future growth.
• Support the development and deployment of omnichannel campaigns, content and dashboards.
• Collaborate to develop a patient strategy and support on disease management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging.
• Help to manage digital assets, including websites.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas.
• Assist with event planning, coordination and post-event evaluation.
• Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed.

About you:

• Completed degree in Marketing, Business or Life Science preferable.
• Proven industry experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Be proactive, creative mindset and a keen eye for detail.
