Major Responsibilities:
  • Execute downstream processing and sterile filtration of influenza drug substance by setting up and maintaining various automated and manual equipment while performing production activities, including centrifugation and sterile filtration.
  • Perform sampling and analytical tests- utility sampling, environmental monitoring and area-specific testing.
  • Carry out routine cleaning and disinfection in classified environments while maintaining an organized and cGMP-compliant cleanroom that is always inspection-ready.
  • Draft, review and revise cGMP documents (SOPs/SWIs, batch protocols, change controls, reports and other manufacturing supporting documents).
  • Participate in continuousprocess and equipment improvement, Health, Safety & Environment, Quality, and Inspection readiness initiatives.
  • Initiate Deviations, CCR, CAPA in Quality system as neededand assist until completionas per committed due dates.

About You:

  • Minimum three (3) years of College Diploma in Biochemistry, Microbiology, Bioengineering, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Pharmaceutical Sciences, plus at least one (1) year of relevant work experience.
  • Preferred four (4) years bachelor's degree in Biochemistry, Microbiology, Bioengineering, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Pharmaceutical Sciences with a minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of purification processes for viral proteins and experience with production equipment.
  • Proficiency in aseptic techniques and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs).
  • Strong skills in chemistry, microbiology, biochemistry, mathematics, and technical writing, along with effective communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Capable of stress/time management, conflict resolution, and demonstrating mechanical aptitude.

Hours Of Work:

  • Inclusive from Monday - Thursday: 9 pm - 7 am (Subject to change)
