About the Job:

The Associate Director, MenQuadFi US will be responsible for leading the development of the franchise strategy and driving impactful execution. This role will report directly into the Head, Mainline Franchise, US. The Associate Director will drive and coordinate a cross-functional strategic approach to maintaining market leadership and striving to optimize public health. This role is a leadership position within the franchise and will require significant collaboration with key stakeholders to achieve dose and revenue goals.

Key responsibilities include and are not limited to the following:

  • Lead the development of strategy that maintains market leadership position through a blend of branded and full portfolio approach
  • Marketing & Commercial strategy lead for critical franchise priorities, including but not limited to public affairs, market access and medical
  • Improving brand growth and business performance by leveraging real-time data and results, and deeply understanding the behavior change of customers
  • Defining and implementing a segmentation strategy that identifies the brand opportunities and informs deployment and execution
  • Capitalizing on market/brand/customer opportunities based on changing customer demands, competitive activities, and market trends
  • Identifying insight gaps and recommending market research to meet strategic goals and monitor performance
  • Developing comprehensive forecast with clear KPI's and making recommendations for optimization of performance
  • Refining strategies to adjust to changing competitive landscape and changing HCP and consumer vaccination behaviors and beliefs
  • Overseeing responsible supply & demand management to mitigate potential challenges and optimize vaccine uptake and utilization
  • Developing strategy that drives uptake of full mainline franchise and Sanofi portfolio

About You:
  • Bachelors Degree required, Advanced Degree preferred
  • Minimum of five (5) years of pharmaceutical or vaccine experience with two (2) years of vaccine marketing experience
  • Ability to work cross functional to solve complex problems and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience influencing without direct authority
  • Experience achieving efficiencies through effective organization and time management
  • Creativity, enthusiasm, analytical acumen, and exceptional overall business insights
  • Experience in working collaboratively with medical, communications, public affairs, policy and market access
