Strategic Context
- Sanofi is implementing an ambitious plan called "DRIVE" complementing our Play to Win Strategy with 3 main objectives (i) keep fueling our pipeline (ii) make Sanofi a modern science-driven healthcare company (iii) serving our patients.
- In this context, Sanofi made the decision to evolve its commercial model from GBU-specific country organizations to a more standardized and consistent approach, boosting efficiency.
- The focus will be on most innovative products as major drivers for growth and a cross-GBUs efficiency model with optimized country set-up.
- The US Established Products team will manage a portfolio of products spanning multiple therapeutic areas functioning as the BOI driver for Sanofi General Medicines in North America.
Job Description:
As the Associate Director of Decision Science Marketing at Sanofi, you will be at the forefront of transforming our digital marketing strategies across a diverse portfolio of pharmaceutical products. Your expertise will be instrumental in leveraging data-driven insights to drive innovation and optimize our digital presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Ownership & Strategy: Take charge of analyzing user, customer, and sales data within the digital ecosystem. Develop and implement predictive models to drive strategic decision-making and determine the next best actions.
- ROI Measurement & Communication: Establish comprehensive frameworks for measuring return on investment (ROI). Regularly communicate progress and insights to team members and leadership, translating data into actionable strategies that drive results.
- Collaboration & Optimization: Partner with content and paid media teams to evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of digital campaigns. Utilize insights to optimize strategies and drive better performance across channels.
- Audience Engagement & Targeting: Gain in-depth insights into target audiences and create detailed target lists to deliver highly personalized and impactful experiences.
- Innovation & Impact: Contribute to improving patient outcomes and advancing Sanofi's success by developing and implementing cutting-edge digital engagement strategies. Focus on innovative approaches that elevate our digital marketing efforts and drive meaningful results.
About you
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in decision science, data analysis, or a related field within the digital marketing domain.
- Strong expertise in predictive modeling, ROI measurement, and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, audience engagement, and content optimization.
- Passion for leveraging data to drive innovation and improve patient outcomes.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Industry Experience: Demonstrated expertise within the pharmaceutical sector.
- Communication and Leadership: Exceptional communication, collaboration, and strategic thinking skills with a proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
