Main responsibilities:
  • Support the development of the field channel engagement strategy by generating deep customer insights to identify points of friction and unmet needs across the customer experience journey.
  • Help to establish performance measurement systems and continuously review customer intelligence and feedback to improve the customer experience in real-time and long-term.
  • Work closely with the Field Marketing Lead and cross-functional counterparts to ensure brand strategy, customer engagement strategies, and the future vision are effectively aligned.
  • Execute and manage tailored omnichannel engagement strategies and hyper-personalized content plans, ensuring alignment with customer journeys and stakeholder networks across the field channel.
  • Working with the Field Marketing Lead, collaborate with cross-functional teams and channel leads to align strategies and manage engagement activities.
  • Help develop and execute modular content and B2B offerings, develop content calendars aligned with key events, and manage budgets and performance metrics.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to drive innovation in customer engagement.
  • Coordinate on stakeholder engagement strategy and execution
  • Work closely with brand strategist on congress content planning, placement and representation. Ensuring a strong, cohesive presence at congress in the US.
  • Responsible for the content development for congresses, working closely with the Congress and Marketing Operations marketer.

About you

Experience:
  • 3+ years of relevant healthcare or pharmaceutical industry experience
  • Successful track record of strategic decision making, innovation, problem-solving and navigating uncharted territory without clear precedent.
  • Experience working within large scale and complex multidisciplinary teams, and proven ability of influencing without authority.
  • Insights & analytics experience, preferably in cross-functional leadership roles.
  • Sales or Sales leadership experiences welcomed.
  • Demonstrated expertise in account strategy.
  • Ability to travel ~33% within the US.
Education:
  • Degree in marketing, business, technology, or life sciences
