Main responsibilities:
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the continuous operation and maintenance of production and packaging equipment to meet production goals and quality standards.
  • Process Oversight: Supervise manufacturing and maintenance activities, ensuring adherence to standards, validations, and qualifications.
  • Incident Management: Detect, report, and resolve technical anomalies, deviations, and product complaints, implementing preventative measures.
  • Condition Monitoring: Maintain and monitor the condition of equipment, tools, and facilities for reliable long-term operation.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: The role involves collecting and analysing maintenance data. It prepares related assessments and reports by analysing equipment data to identify trends and areas for improvement. The analyses are used to plan preventive maintenance activities and develop proposals to improve equipment performance.
  • Efficiency Enhancement: Propose and implement efficiency improvements for equipment performance and motivate team contributions.
  • Change Management: Initiate and manage technical changes, participate in investments, and monitor compliance with requirements.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Ensure accurate documentation, compliance with data integrity rules, and adherence to GMP and safety regulations.
  • Training and Collaboration: Train colleagues, support professional development, and foster productive collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Works closely with the production and quality assurance teams. Provides professional advice to colleagues on maintenance issues. Participates in and actively contributes to daily PCU (Process-Centric Unit) meetings, offering insights into equipment performance. Proposes actions for Asset Care activities, highlights potential risks, and suggests solutions to mitigate equipment-related issues.

About you

Experience:
  • Proven experience as an asset care specialist or similar role (maintenance engineering related).
  • Experience with asset management software and databases.
Hard and soft skills:
  • In-depth knowledge of asset lifecycle management.
  • Knowledge of complex technological equipment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Education:
  • Higher education (university/college degree) in a relevant technical field (mechanical, electrical engineering is preferred).

Language:
  • Proficiency in English at an intermediate level, both verbal and written
  • Hungarian is a must
