We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Expert in SAP Analytics to join our team. As a Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will play a vital role in providing expert guidance and support in the areas of SAP Analytics for the new and the old legacy platforms.

The ideal candidate should possess a business process knowledge and application expertise in SAP Analytics. You will be responsible for designing, effort estimates, building and testing application data transfer & integration process. Additionally, you will actively participate in systems enhancement & optimization projects and assist for new demands while providing advisory support to the business on SAP Analytics solutions.

Main responsibilities:

  • Perform functional and technical architecture analysis, research, design, and development of functionalities, including integration with key applications in an SAP Analytics space.
  • Contribute to architecture design reviews, product roadmap and product strategy definition.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize business processes through system enhancements and changes.
  • Manage relationship with implementation partner(s) and internal teams.
  • Develop a good understanding of Sanofi business processes and strategy through collaboration and regular engagement with key users and process owners.
  • Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, break high-level requirements into details, and distinguish user requests from underlying needs, translating these into documented architecture solutions
  • Document systems and process requirements through meetings, workshops, and job shadowing.
  • Support the team to develop, configure, and implement the solution as per the product development standards to meet business requirements.
  • Support the development team with resolution of blocking issues and interdependencies and provide them architecture and design guidance.
  • Collaborate with other architects and business analysts to ensure end-to-end process integration and consistency, ensuring coverage of operational, statutory, and legal requirements.
  • Business continuity comes first: in the event of a crippling incident stopping business operations, able to collaborate and manage the resolution as highest level of support within the company in their field.

About you

Experience

  • 10+ years of SAP Analytics experience doing ERP transformation in a business-oriented context, preferably in a global company.
  • Proven experience with SAP BW, Embedded Analytics (CDS Views), Business Objects, SAP Analytics Cloud, data integration and ETL tools.
  • Ability to translate functional specifications into technical design documents and support the construction of efforts and cost estimates.
  • Experience Integrating SAP ERP & Analytics with external systems.
  • Strong functional-technical knowledge allowing to make the best choices on interfacing technologies when defining the integration model.
  • Provide guidance to Data Migration teams with master data & transactional data loads.
  • Project management experience; continuous improvement skills and mindset
  • Experience with multi-geography, multi-tier service design and management.
  • Experienced in matrix driven project teams/organizations.
  • Able to provide supervision, guidance and coaching to more junior employees working in the same field.
  • Knowledge of SAP S4/HANA and SAP functional modules is a plus
  • Knowledge of current ERP software trends in their area of expertise.
  • Knowledge of agile ways of working
  • Knowledge of AI ML capabilities is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Snowflake and IICS for integration is a plus.

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
