About Job:
The role will be responsible for executing digital marketing strategies and campaigns across but not limited to programmatic, paid search, social media, mobile and video channels to meet business and marketing objectives. By working hand-in-hand with brand teams and external media agency partners to define, audit, and drive best-in-class digital campaign executions aligned with brand business goals and objectives communicated. This includes developing digital media plans, execute, measure & continuously optimize alignment with global digital playbooks and golden rules. You will work closely with brands to orchestrate the learning agenda for each digital campaign to ensure strong learning & insights are fed back into our campaigns. He / She will also spear head our owned & earned ecosystems across priority brands in order to build our brands' websites & social channels to accelerate brand advocacy.

KEY RESULTS / ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Manage end-to-end orchestration of digital marketing and media leveraging Owned, Earned & Paid channels- and across key campaign states (strategic planning, design, execution, measurement and optimization)
- Drive and accelerate e-commerce led digital media campaigns across the full funnel of the consumer journey working hand in hand with e-commerce lead and internal brand teams with the aim of driving shopper traffic to key strategic partners and measuring impact on our business & against set KPIs (unlocking collaborative solutions with Facebook & Google, capture valuable lower funnel audiences, AB test creatives and CTAs, deploying full remarketing strategies, etc.)
- Drive digital campaign & media planning - partnering with internal and external stakeholders (brand and media agency) to define campaign targeting, channel strategy, touchpoints, remarketing tactics, budget mix and pacing
- Partner with brand teams to develop fit for purpose content and creatives for digital marketing campaigns
- Partner with media agency to ensure application of precision marketing guidelines, proper campaign set-up, and audit campaign setup to ensure best in class performance
- Drive test & learn agenda by co-developing innovation use cases, define campaign success and drive learning with brand teams & agency partners
- Drive ongoing optimization against key success KPIs and learning agenda, enforce reporting, and escalate issues as they arise. Catalog this learning to help establish internal benchmarks to be leveraged across brands & categories
- Lead on website asset development by working with internal and external stakeholders across brand, website and creative teams in efforts to improve digital marketing campaign performance, website performance, customer experience to build our owned brand website ecosystem
- Manage content refresh updates on websites to drive consumer engagement & experience and SEO health in terms of rankings & traffic
- Lead on website SEO performance by working with SEO, website partners & global website teams to drive implementation technical & on-site content optimizations
- Drive brand advocacy and earned media by activating social influencer campaigns on META, Tiktok & YouTube platforms working with external creative or social influencer agencies
- Collaborate with brand teams on content creation briefs inclusive of influencer selection, content & brand guidelines and activation success KPIs
- Build always on content calendars for social pages across priority brands to nurture social communities working with external social media agency partners
- Lead and define post evaluation process with social community management & social influencer agencies to ensure insights, learning and actions are taken
About you:
Job Qualifications
- Preferably an undergraduate degree is required.
- 5 recent years in digital marketing and advertising; including experience in planning and/or executing digital, programmatic, search and social media campaigns
- Experience in digital search (e.g. SEO / SEM) strategy, execution and optimization, and its interplay with broader precision marketing tactics
- Experience in ad targeting, retargeting and remarketing methodologies across digital platforms
- Experience or working knowledge of dynamic creative optimization solutions embedded within remarketing & performance tactics
- Experience with Facebook Business Manager, Google Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, DSP & programmatic platforms such as DV360 platforms and tools
- Experience translating strategic business objectives into consumer-centric engagement tactics
- Significant experience communicating digital activations to a range of audiences, including brands, corporate leadership, technology partners, and agencies
- Strong project management skills (e.g., building & rigorously tracking work plan)
- Excellent communication skills
