Purpose of the role:

Agile Coach is, to lead our CFOM transformation journey. As an Agile Coach, you will guide cross-functional teams, from commercial to people in HQ including marketing and customer experience and GTMC by discussing with global stakeholders, through the adoption of Agile methodologies. This role will be instrumental in embedding a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, ensuring the organization adapts quickly to the evolving CFOM landscape.

Job description :

  • Coach and mentor teams across the company in Agile best practices, including Scrum, Kanban, and SFE (Veeva, One CRM) frameworks.
  • Foster a culture of Agile thinking and collaboration to support the company's digital transformation.
  • Collaborate with executives, project managers, and development teams to build and maintain effective Agile processes.
  • Facilitate CFOM Transformation with full understanding of digital including AI tool, Turing and Plai
- Lead the change management process as the company embraces new digital tools and technologies.

- Identify pain points in existing workflows and provide strategic solutions to streamline CFOM operations.

- Work closely with commercial, GTMC, marketing, medical and other cross functional teams to support the integration of CFOM tactics
  • Continuous Improvement & Innovation
- Encourage experimentation and the adoption of Lean principles to improve delivery speed and product quality.

- Drive Agile metrics (e.g., Sprint review, retrospective session, daily-weekly stands up) and help teams reflect on and improve their performance.

- Introduce frameworks and tools that allow for scalable, repeatable, and automated processes to support CFOM initiatives.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Build strong relationships across departments, acting as a liaison between commercial and Head quarter and leadership members in GenMed

- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate teams and leadership on Agile methodologies.

- Assist in designing a roadmap for sustainable digital transformation, ensuring alignment with regulatory and compliance standards in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Develop dashboards and reporting tools to measure Agile success and progress in CFOM transformation.

- Provide regular updates to senior leadership on team performance, project progress, and CFOM transformation milestones.

III - COMPETENCIES AND SKILLSET

Special Knowledge & Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of diabetes / oncology business with the ability to balance innovation with legacy
  • Proven experience leading Agile transformations, particularly in large, complex organizations undergoing digital transformation.
  • Deep expertise in Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban.. with certifications (e.g. Scrum master certificate) highly desirable.
  • Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentorship skills with a strong ability to communicate and influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience in leveraging digital tools and platforms to optimize Agile practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Ability to navigate the complexities of both digital and business processes in a regulated environment

IV - EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • 10+ years of experience as, ideally in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, science or a related field master's degree preferred) with a strong record of academic achievement.
  • Both English and Japanese language skills preferred. Ability to communicate and articulate complex ideas effectively - both verbally and in writing
