The BioAnalytical BioAssayTeam is hiring for a Co-op position to support the development of Analytical cell lines that are Ready to Use. The applicant will be partnered with a Scientist to study and optimize the cell culture conditions to define the best conditions for particular cell lines to be stored, thawed and used in analytical cell-based potency methods to support the clinical and commercial development of new medicines. The ideal candidate will have a background in Cell and Molecular Biology with an interest in understanding how medicines work in the body in order to design an in vitro method that reflects the physiological mechanism for quality control monitoring purposes. Cell handling/culturing experience and attention to detail is a plus.

About you
Basic Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher in Biochemistry, Biology, Biological/Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, or related field with the expectation that you will complete your current degree by the Spring of 2026
- Must be enrolled in school the semester following your internship/co-op with Sanofi.
- Must be able to relocate to the office location and work 40 hrs./week for the full duration of the internship or Co-Op
- Must have permanent US work authorization
