NNSA Requirements for MedPEDs:
If you have a Medical Portable Electronic Device (MedPED), such as a pacemaker, defibrillator, drug-releasing pump, hearing aids, or diagnostic equipment and other equipment for measuring, monitoring, and recording body functions such as heartbeat and brain waves, if employed by Sandia National Laboratories you may be required to comply with NNSA security requirements for MedPEDs.
If you have a MedPED and you are selected for an on-site interview at Sandia National Laboratories, there may be additional steps necessary to ensure compliance with NNSA security requirements prior to the interview date.

Salary Range:
$189,100 - $321,500
Salary range is estimated, and actual salary will be determined after consideration of the selected candidate's experience and qualifications, and application of any approved geographic salary differential.

On any given day, you'll have the opportunity to:
- Lead requirements determination for talent acquisition, benefits, and compensation.
- Ensure alignment of HR processes with strategic and operating goals.
- Develop HR team members to ensure adequate HR bench strength in the broader HR population.
- Manage the partnership with the talent acquisition, including staffing coordination and job requisition management.
- Responsible for remaining up to date on relevant US, and state employment laws and other human resources compliance issues. Update management on policies/processes as necessary.
- Participate and/or lead Division HR projects focused on continuous improvement of core programs and services.
- Ensure employee records are to the standard of Section I clause FAR 52.224-2, Privacy Act.
- Directly supervises employees and performs other managerial responsibilities including interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Qualifications We Require:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field, plus 12 or more years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- At least eight years of demonstrated Executive/Senior HR leadership/management experience.
- Ability to acquire and maintain an active DOE Q-Level security clearance.
Qualifications We Desire:
- Master's degree in Business, Human Resources, or relevant field.
- Progressive management experience in human resources.
- Experience in a highly technical environments serving government clients preferred.
- Experience leading teams and working in a fast-paced, multi-functional human resources environments involving oversight for functional areas such as talent acquisition, benefits, compensation, and in-house HR support system / Customer Support Center.
- Successful history of working with the National Security Enterprise.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement business system improvements.
- Demonstrated success translating business strategies into organizational and HR strategies, goals, and actions.
- Accomplished at building exceptionally productive relationships internally and externally and skilled at consensus building across a broad spectrum of stakeholders and interest groups with internal and external organizations.
- Expert leadership and management skills and the ability to champion innovative directions and influence the development of intuitional goals and objectives.
- Knowledge and experience in complex and matrixed organizations.
- Extensive experience building coalitions and partnering.

Security Clearance:
