Position Summary
1. Contribute to expanding the product's market coverage by setting up a product line-up operation plan.
2. Contribute to maximizing sales and minimizing loss by managing product lifecycle and developing pricing strategy to meet the target sales for the product.
Role and Responsibilities
- Responsibilities:
- Build a growth strategy and product plan to acquire new/returning and retain new Galaxy Store customers by defining the target market, identifying personas, and aligning them to the most efficient acquisition channels for organic and inorganic traffic.
- Apply best practices for how to best engage customers, and retain them for the long term.
- Analyze the Galaxy Store user lifecycle, including the activation and retention and the deployment of experiments to improve the lifetime value (LTV) and decrease churn.
- Perform comprehensive product analytics covering the entire funnel from marketing acquisition to conversion.
- Determine casual, core, and power Galaxy Store users and create a retention chart to view average retention per cohort over time
- Work at all levels of the delivery funnel of the Galaxy Store ad network integrations from new/returning users to monetizing such users.
- Work with Mobile Gaming Marketing to drive awareness and acquisition through organic paid ad traffic
- Extend deep into product territory and partner with the Galaxy Store Product team to address activation, retention, revenue, and referral.
- Define, document and socialize product requirements as they pertain to UA and growth of the Galaxy Store business.
- Acquire as many users by working with ad networks and Galaxy Store developers to optimize systems and ad campaigns, respectively.
- Increase and improve the use of existing/new Galaxy Store product features, particularly around the funnel to maximize install and payment conversion
- Partner with Galaxy Store operations, business development, partner management, and account management teams to maximize success of growth opportunities for new and existing Galaxy Store developers
- Consult third-party game publishers and their paid UA managers, grows and scales the paid ad campaigns opportunity for Galaxy Store developers to optimize cost per customer acquisition and return on ad spend.
- Tracks performance of UA campaigns, collects, documents and shares best practices with the UA managers and stakeholders. This involves close collaboration with partner management who works with strategic Galaxy Store developer partners.

- Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, data, engineering or similar field.
- 7+ years working experience in gaming or entertainment; preferably in a subscription-based business.
- 3-5 years of experience managing Facebook and Google Ads or similar at an agency or game developer brand
- A comprehensive understanding of Facebook Ads and Google AdWords or similar including but not limited to: bidding, general advertising ecosystem, copy & creative, best practices, bid and optimization strategies, targeting, reporting and campaign objectives
- Analyzed and reported on digital media accounts and campaign trends
- Success in growing and scaling paid campaign budgets in previous experience
- Consultative sales or partner success manager experience is valued
- Expert knowledge of various testing methodologies (A/B testing, multivariate testing, incremental testing, usability testing)
- Analytical mindset and deep understanding of data visualization techniques
- Good project management software is a must in any growth stack.
