Position Summary
The North America Services Business (NASB) Product team develops products and services across Samsung's mobile, TV and digital ecosystems. Our mission in North America Services Business' Mobile Services Vertical is to inspire and engage users with interactive and imaginative experiences.
The team is seeking a talented individual with strong project management skills to support business and content operations of our Mobile Services. This position requires the ability to work independently as well as cross-functionally (UX, Marketing, BD, Engineering, Data) to execute on operational tasks after product launch. This role will have tremendous opportunity to drive impact for NASB and the broader organization through execution and collaboration.

Role and Responsibilities
- Partnership with Mobile Services Product Manager to execute on content operational tasks for Mobile Services.
- Manage budget and analyze data to assess the impact of campaigns/projects to measure ROI and inform future decisions
- Set standards for the highest quality launch with flawless execution
- Be able to work on multiple concurrent projects with multiple teams around the world
- Be able to take the high strategic view as well as dive deep on issues
- Work with marketing to drive awareness and create demand for Mobile services
- Optimize existing processes and workflows that influence business outcomes, increase productivity, and improve overall operational efficiency.
Skills and Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- 8+ years of relevant work experience strength in operations and/or content curation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Problem solving / analytical, project management and organization skills
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects with competing deadlines
- Experience working with or in support of diverse communities
- Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization
- Proficiency in MS Office, Airtable, Confluence, and other office productivity tools.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
