Position Summary
The primary function of the Retail GTM Planning Manager is to support the launch strategy development and flawless execution of assigned retail go-to-market initiatives, product launches and projects. The Retail GTM Planning Manager collaborates cross-functionally across SEA teams to ensure customer experience is held at the highest standard through all initiatives. The Retail GTM Planning Manager will partner with the Retail team members to develop successful GTM strategies, and drive successful product launches and initiatives that encompasses training, merchandising, field teams, sales, marketing and customer insights while maintaining company brand guidelines. The Retail GTM Planning Manager will provide support to the Sr Mgr GTM in providing C-level updates and reporting on GTM strategies and plans in relation to assigned initiatives, product launches, and promotional periods.

Role and Responsibilities
- Develop the GTM Strategy based on the customer and business goals. Work cross-functionally to define measurable objectives, strategy, and deliverables
- Manage highly visible Retail programs, initiatives and product launches, while maintaining project timelines, budgets and company brand guidelines
- Establish, deepen and sustain key relationships with cross functional teams including marketing, HQ team members, account teams, training, merchandising and customer insights
- Partner with senior management to drive alignment on strategic direction, and ensures alignment between all retail stakeholders
- Develop project road map, assign key owners, lead project meetings, maintain project status, provide executive updates, establish key learnings and insights, follow up and drive through completion
- Projects and initiatives could include: mobile device product launches, ecosystem projects, strategic customer experience initiatives, etc...
- Contributes to finding newer, better or more efficient ways of going to market in a highly matrixed organization
- Holding cross-functional team members accountable to project deadlines and deliverables
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree with 6+ years' experience preferably in business, GTM strategy development, or project management; an MBA is preferred
- Ideally, understands how to navigate a highly matrixed and complex organization, and demonstrated an ability to drive for results
- Experience in the telecommunications and/or wireless industry requiring management of account management, program management, business planning, project management, or equivalent work experience in planning or operations
- Project management experience required
- Must have demonstrable experience in developing presentations using a variety of PC applications, including word processing, spreadsheet, and PowerPoint.

- Team player - The ability to work either independently or in a team environment to achieve personal and team project goals, including the completion of assignments within and exceeding established time frames.
