We are seeking a visionary leader to serve as the VP of Global Integrated Campaigns at Salesforce. This leader will drive the strategy, design, and rollout of campaigns that deliver measurable revenue impact, scale global awareness, and empower our marketing teams worldwide.

As a key partner to Field Marketing, Product Marketing, and Creative teams, the VP will develop full-funnel, best-in-class programs that amplify Salesforce's solutions, foster AI adoption, and connect with customers at every stage of their journey. This role will be instrumental in scaling demand for Salesforce's priority products-including Agentforce and Data Cloud-through innovative, industry-specific narratives and transformational customer success stories.

With a clear focus on achieving Salesforce's ambitious FY26 goal of $7.15B ACV, this leader will craft scalable campaign frameworks, drive consistent execution in partnership with Field Marketing, and generate measurable outcomes, including increased AI adoption, Agentforce activations, and Marketing-Driven Pipeline (MDP) growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership and Vision

  • Scale Global Awareness and Demand: Lead efforts to amplify global awareness and demand for Agentforce, Data Cloud, and other Salesforce products, leveraging innovative campaigns that highlight Salesforce's role in customer transformation.
  • AI Adoption and Industry Narratives: Develop and launch major integrated campaigns across paid, owned, and earned media to drive AI adoption. Craft industry-specific narratives showcasing how AI-powered automation is reshaping key verticals, positioning Salesforce as the go-to solution for addressing unique customer pain points.
  • Consistency and Alignment: Deliver comprehensive campaign frameworks and programs to ensure global consistency while enabling local adaptation, maintaining 70-80% alignment in execution by Field Marketing teams.

Integrated Campaign Excellence

  • Cross-Channel Leadership: Oversee the design of campaigns across the full marketing funnel, utilizing paid, owned, and earned media to drive measurable outcomes.
  • Collaboration with Stakeholders: Partner closely with Field Marketing, Product Marketing, and Creative teams to ensure seamless alignment, execution, and consistent delivery of campaigns globally.
  • Global Enablement: Build and refine frameworks such as "campaign-in-a-box" to enable regional teams to effectively execute campaigns that meet their unique market needs.

Measurable Business Impact

  • Deliver Results: Ensure campaigns contribute significantly (20%) to Salesforce's $7.15B ACV goal by increasing AI adoption, Agentforce activations, and MDP growth by 15% YoY.
  • Drive Pipeline Growth: Create demand generation programs that deliver measurable pipeline impact, maximizing Marketing-Driven Pipeline (MDP) globally.
  • Performance Analytics: Leverage data and analytics to monitor, measure, and optimize campaign performance, providing actionable insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes.

Team Leadership and Culture

  • Inspire and Lead: Mentor a high-performing global team of campaign strategists, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
  • Agility and Collaboration: Drive efficiency and effectiveness through organizational frameworks such as Hives for live and async communication and the centralized Hub (Single Source of Truth).

Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of experience in B2B technology marketing with a focus on demand generation, integrated campaigns, and/or field marketing.
  • Proven success in scaling global campaigns that deliver measurable business results, including AI and industry-specific narratives.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Expertise in driving adoption of marketing frameworks and tools to empower decentralized teams.
  • Results-driven mindset with a proven ability to meet aggressive goals and deliver impactful outcomes.
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics, CRM platforms, and campaign performance tools.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to distill complex concepts into clear and impactful messaging.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
