About the Role
- You will manage a dedicated set of clients (region or vertical) in the SMB space, being responsible for the entire sales cycle. You will coordinate multiple sales projects simultaneously and are fully responsible for your client.
- Manage the entire sales process to ensure delivery according to key performance metrics, with a strong emphasis on new business sales, while expanding existing accounts.
- Use your solution selling experience to optimally respond to customer needs and identify business potential to create a long-term strategic partnership with your clients.
- Strengthen customer relationships through regular engagements and face-to-face meetings.
- Organize and manage industry events and user groups to generate market interest.
- Work in partnership with our Business Developers, Pre-sales, and Marketers team for all leads and sales opportunities.
Requirements
- Average years of experience required: more than 4 years of full-cycle sales experience, with at least 1 in the field.
- Manage a large list of new and installed base accounts, with a focus on new business prospecting.
- Experience selling to the C-suite.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations to your clients.
- Experience building business cases and delivering return on investment.
- Ability to strategize with a large team.
