  • Leverage your deep industry expertise to anticipate market trends, positioning Salesforce as the leading partner for digital transformation.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships, driving high levels of satisfaction, retention, and advocacy.

Sales Leadership and Execution

  • Inspire and manage a dynamic sales team with a relentless focus on execution, from pipeline development to deal closure.
  • Deliver against revenue and bookings targets, ensuring consistent overachievement of quota and growth goals.
  • Establish and track clear metrics for sales funnel management and operational performance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration and Leadership

  • Partner with executives across Salesforce to align strategies, ensure resource optimization, and drive unified customer outcomes.
  • Act as a strategic thought leader and trusted advisor to the UKI CEO, and other senior leaders.

  • Mentor and develop the next generation of sales leaders, fostering continuous learning, innovation, and growth.
  • Champion Salesforce's values of trust, equality, and sustainability, creating an environment where all voices are heard, and all perspectives valued.

The Ideal Candidate

We are seeking an exceptional, proven leader with:

Sales Leadership Expertise

  • Track record of quota achievement: Demonstrated success in consistently exceeding revenue and bookings goals.
  • Executive presence: Comfortable selling to C-level executives with the ability to navigate complex, high-value transactions.

Operational and Strategic Excellence

  • Proven ability to drive transformational change across large, matrixed organisations.
  • Strong operational and analytical skills, with experience in forecasting, reporting, and driving data-driven decision-making.
  • Expertise in consultative sales, business case construction, ROI articulation, and strategic account planning.
