Your Mission as SVP of TMT & CBS OR ICE Industries

  • Drive Growth: Lead the charge to exceed revenue targets, rapidly grow top-line performance, and ensure Salesforce's continued market dominance.
  • Inspire Excellence: Build and lead a high-performing sales organization, from Area Vice Presidents (AVPs) to Account Executives (AEs), fostering a culture of operational rigour, collaboration, and innovation.
  • Champion Customer Success: Partner closely with C-suite executives across key accounts to drive transformational business outcomes through Salesforce solutions.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work across the organization to align strategies, resources, and priorities, ensuring the seamless delivery of customer-centric results.
  • Develop Talent: Serve as a talent multiplier, mentoring and developing the next generation of Salesforce leaders while championing diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Core Responsibilities

As SVP of TMT & CBS OR ICE Industries, you will:

Strategic Leadership and Growth

  • Set and execute a rapid growth strategy that increases revenue and market share across these verticals
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key customers, acting as a trusted advisor to help them realise transformational value through Salesforce solutions.
  • Stay ahead of market trends and emerging opportunities within these industries to ensure Salesforce's position as an innovation leader.

Sales Leadership and Operational Excellence

  • Lead a growing sales organisation, ensuring operational rigour, consistent overachievement of targets, and effective deal closure across complex enterprise transactions.
  • Establish robust sales processes and metrics to create predictable, repeatable growth at scale.
  • Drive the adoption of best practices, tools, and systems that enhance performance and accountability across the team.

Collaborative Leadership Across the Ecosystem

  • Partner with cross-functional leaders-including Marketing, Customer Success, Solution Engineering, Sales Strategy, and Employee Success-to deliver holistic solutions and an unparalleled customer experience.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the UKI CEO, and other senior leaders on strategic decisions and opportunities for growth.

Talent Development and Culture

  • Build a world-class team of sales professionals, emphasising diversity, inclusion, and a strong sense of purpose.
  • Mentor and develop leaders across the organisation, fostering a growth mindset and creating a culture of high performance, collaboration, and innovation.

Sales Leadership Expertise

  • 15+ years of experience in enterprise software or applications sales (CRM, ERP, or relevant B2B environments), with a proven ability to drive growth in complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Track record of consistently exceeding revenue goals and delivering exceptional business outcomes.
  • Expertise in navigating C-suite engagements and managing high-value, complex transactions.

Operational Excellence and Strategic Insight

  • A deep understanding of TMT & CBS OR ICE industries, including market trends, business challenges, and regulatory landscapes.
  • Strong operational skills, including forecasting, data analysis, and pipeline management, ensuring predictable and repeatable success.
  • Consultative sales expertise, with the ability to construct compelling business cases, articulate ROI, and execute strategic account plans.
