Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and creative video production Specialist to join our Studios team as an undergraduate intern. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of various video production roles and responsibilities. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, innovative environment and to make a significant impact on our growth initiatives.
Project Objective: The intern will support the Salesforce Broadcast Studio with pre-production and production tasks. The internship will leverage innovative and engaging video content, hands on production experiences to drive innovative industry leading video marketing content. Hands-on experience in a professional high paced video production environment.

Background: A highly motivated individual that values creativity, authenticity, and media production experiences is our target audience. To capture their attention and drive engagement. The internship will highlight video production experience, including pre-planning, on-set production, camera knowledge, and post-production expertise. This will empower young creators to gain advance knowledge of the video production industry.
Key Components:
- Coordinate logistics for video shoots, including equipment setup.
- Handle administrative duties such as managing schedules, taking meeting notes, and providing general support to the production team.
- Video production gear management.
- Keep Documentation of each production
Support During Production:
- Assist the production team to set up and organize equipment, props, and lighting for video shoots.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth and efficient shoot days.Assist with on-set tasks.
- Production Assistant to crew on set - supporting different departments as needed.
- Knowledge of technology and workflow
Studio Space:
- Help team keep studio organized and clean
- Build and breakdown production equipment
- Keep gear inventory up to date
Metrics for Success:
- Virtual Event: Support 3 live shows
- Video Production: Role as an assistant Producer on shoots
Key Responsibilities:
- Pre production Planning - Help Coordinate logistics, including scheduling, location scouting, and securing
- Prep studio gear for shoots - Setting up team with proper cameras, auido and lighting.
- Assist the director and production team during shoots, ensuring smooth execution.
- Manage on-set tasks such as organizing props, setting up scenes, and handling clapperboards.
- Upload footage to teams Media Management System
- Maintain and organize video production equipment and supplies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies in video production.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and sales, to ensure productions are aligned with overall business goals.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Current Junior (Rising Senior) pursuing a bachelor's degree in media studies, communications, film, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and social media platforms.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Familiarity with audience segmentation and targeting techniques is a plus.

For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $31 to $31.
Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
