Salesforce Inc. seeks Strategy and Analytics Senior Analyst in San Francisco, CA:

Job Duties: Lead discovery sessions with business partners to understand the strategic business roadmap and overall Enablement program strategy in order to drive forward intelligence and insights on Enablement impact. Successfully use performance consulting techniques to understand knowledge gaps, skills gaps, and learning needs while driving metric-based learning recommendations to drive revenue. Analyze large volumes of seller performance data to answer key questions for stakeholders, with an eye on what drives business performance, and investigate and communicate which areas need improvement in efficiency and productivity for learning solutions. Proactively identify areas of opportunity and/or improvement based on trends in the data, and use these insights to inform new processes, tools methods, and team upskilling that drives business processes and/or increases user engagement/adoption. Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues across different functions in the Global Enablement team to meet seller performance goals. Design and implement short- and long-term AI and data-driven enablement strategy to enhance seller productivity. Lead the growth of Enablement strategy and analytics capabilities from tactical to optimized - improving our time to insight to support our strategic objectives and expanding our learning programs and outcomes. Support stakeholders at varying levels, from executives to program owners in articulating their impact by creating compelling narratives and using storytelling. Support the operationalization of learning analytics in business processes and OKRs and help develop our team members' business acumen with analytics. Lead Data Analysts to support data discoveries, experiments, and improvements. ˆHQ address additionally encompasses the following Salesforce locations in San Francisco: 350 Mission Street, 415 Mission Street, and 50 Fremont Street. The permanent position may be offered at any of these locations in San Francisco. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required.

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Learning Science and Technologies, Business, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and one (1) year of experience in the job offered or in any occupation in related field.

Special Skill Requirements: (1) Content Development - Lesson Design, Blooms Taxonomy, Differentiated assessments; (2) Stakeholder Needs Analysis - Empathy Interviews, Qualitative Research; (3) Coaching and Teacher Training - Workshop design and facilitation; (4) Software/Application Development - Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Code Release & Deployments, UX/UI and Engineering collaboration; (5) Java, C++; (6) Project Management - Agile Methodology (IBM Rational Team Concert); (7) Data Analysis - Measuring learning outcomes (MS Excel, Google Sheets); (8) Customer-facing presentations - Google and Microsoft Suite; (9) Change Management - Incident/Case Resolution, Process Improvements. Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required. Special Skills can be gained through academic coursework, scholastic achievement, or professional experience.

Salary: $128,398.00 - $182,600.00 per annum.

For Colorado-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $128,398 to $182,600.

For Washington D.C based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $128,398 to $182,600.

For Maryland based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $128,398 to $182,600.

For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $128,398 to $182,600.

For Hawaii-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $128,398 to $182,600.
