Job Description
We're looking for an outstanding Senior/Lead Solutions Engineer to join our new Solutions Engineering (Presales) team to support Channels & Offerings, within our UKI Ecosystems function.
Channels & Offerings are the innovation and incremental revenue engine for Salesforce UKI, focused on driving significant growth through our Channel Partners via the Outsource Service Provider (OSP) model. Our mission is to shape the future of Salesforce by accelerating our pivot into digital labour and agentic AI, working with our channel partners to create new Partner Offerings starting with the BPO industry. We are AI thought leaders, trusted advisors and technical specialists, orchestrating strategic engagements, building deep relationships with our OSP Customers (Partners). We are disruptive, innovative & proactive.
What is a Strategic Solution Engineer (Channels & Offerings)?
As a Strategic Solution Engineer for Channels & Offerings you will be the primary technical advisor for our (OSP) partners in the UK and Ireland. Unlike traditional SE roles focused on end-customers, you will work with our OSP partners (who are Salesforce customers in this model) to help them design, build, and demonstrate compelling offerings underpinned by Salesforce.
You will leverage your technical expertise, business acumen, and understanding of channel/outsourcing models to enable our partners to create differentiated, value-added solutions to solve the challenges our customers have today and tomorrow.
A priority focus for Channels & Offerings this year will be the BPO industry. We will work with our BPO partners to launch Agentforce powered service offerings to their end customers, building assets, points of view, supporting POCs and collaborating across Salesforce (Core Account Teams, Alliances, Channels, and others). You will bring the best of Salesforce to support our BPO partners in leading the digital labour revolution, winning business with Agentforce powered propositions.
In addition to the BPO Program, you will contribute to the growth and scale of the Channels & Offerings team. You will champion the partner channel as a value driver for our customers and for Salesforce, creating consistent partner offering assets, delivering internal enablement to field teams on the latest partner offerings, and developing a programmatic approach to scaling customer and partner offerings.
Who You Are
You embrace the challenge of working in a newly formed, strategically important team. You don't need a playbook, you want to write the playbook. You embrace the strategic vision, and can execute on it, learning as you go, with a beginners mindset, as we blaze our trail into the digital labour disruption.
