Responsibilities

  • Manage and expand Salesforce's relationship with the top tier Korean e-commerce company, driving strategic account management and business growth.
  • Develop and implement account strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets, leveraging prior experience in the Digital Native Business (DNB) sector or e-commerce.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at the top tier Korean e-commerce company to uncover opportunities and deliver tailored SaaS and CRM solutions.
  • Lead the full sales cycle, from pipeline generation to deal closure, ensuring accurate forecasting and revenue delivery.
  • Leverage extensive experience in cloud-based solution sales, particularly SaaS and CRM platforms, to address customer needs effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales Engineers and Partners, to provide best-in-class solutions and ensure customer success.
  • Use industry insights and expertise to position Salesforce as a trusted partner in the top tier Korean e-commerce company's digital transformation journey.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Proven direct sales experience with 8+ years of track record, including significant experience in SaaS, CRM, or cloud-based solutions sales.
  • Hands-on experience working with e-commerce companies or similar Digital Native Businesses (DNBs), including engagement with procurement or related teams.
  • Business-level proficiency in Korean and English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated success in managing enterprise accounts within the e-commerce or DNB sectors.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce products and their application in customer engagement and digital transformation.
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and deliver customer-centric solutions.
