This product position focuses on technical Flow evangelism and seeks to drive adoption by working with internal teams and external partners and customers to promote and develop Flow-based solutions. It is a product position and reports to product management in the Flow/Automation organization.

Salesforce Flow has tremendous potential to accelerate development, achieve productivity wins, and enable flexible customization. In this role, you'll spend much of your day meeting with teams that want to know more about Flow or might be unaware of how Flow can help them.. You'll build lots of demos and proof of concepts. You'll be able to connect Flow to Data Cloud, Mulesoft, and other parts of the system. From time to time, you'll code up an invocable action in Apex to make a callout or illustrate a new capability.

You also have product management sensibilities. You're a strategic problem solver who can use both quantitative and qualitative data to inform your arguments, and you have an interest in identifying both quick wins and big bets.
You're a quick learner who gets Salesforce technologies, and strives to deeply understand both "how" the technology works and "why" a feature is needed, i.e. what problem are we solving?

Key Responsibilities

  • Internal Flow Evangelism: Identify teams with the potential to leverage Flow and work with them to explore integration synergies. You're able to go 'toe to toe' with developers and product managers and effectively communicate Flow-based solutions.
  • Internal Flow Connector Evangelism: Connectors are invocable actions that are built using the upcoming Low Code Integration that is being launched soon to work in Flow. Work with teams to identify opportunities.
  • Build Demos and Extensions: Create demonstrations and proof of concepts that marry Salesforce Automation technology to other Salesforce ecosystem technologies.
  • Write and Publish: Write blog posts and create videos showing how value can be created.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of professional experience. Demonstrated ability to build complex flows and create invocable actions and/or flow screen components.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to drive collaboration across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Ability to quickly understand systems and technical concepts and jump into high-level architecture and related conversations with both engineers and business partners.
  • Experience providing enablement, product training, and technical expertise, facilitating creation and maintenance of proper product documentation, and communicating work to collaborators.
  • Ability to work independently with little or no supervision while maintaining a high level of efficiency, within a distributed remote and global organization.

For New York-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $192,900 to $265,200.

For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $1,769,000 to $243,100.

For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $192,900 to $265,200.

Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
