We are seeking a dynamic and strategically-minded Senior Program Manager to lead and enhance our Talent Management practices, including Talent Reviews and Promotions programs. In this role, you will design and implement talent programs that foster employee growth, strengthen leadership pipelines, and support organizational success. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our workforce by creating scalable and impactful talent practices that align with our company's goals and values.

What You'll Do

Lead the design, development, and implementation of a comprehensive enterprise-wide Talent Management Program, including defining program objectives, strategies, and success measures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to assess current programs and processes and identify areas for improvement.
Create innovative, scalable programs and solutions that enhance employee engagement, development, and career growth while addressing organizational challenges.
Foster collaboration across teams and stakeholders to align efforts, communicate progress, and deliver key initiatives.
Serve as a subject matter expert on our Talent Practices, providing clarity on the program direction, design, change management, and implementation. Support broader talent management initiatives across the team.
Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent management and incorporate relevant insights into a data-driven program design.
Track and analyze program effectiveness, gathering key data insights and feedback from stakeholders and making recommendations for continuous improvement.
Use project management practices to ensure successful delivery of programs within timelines.

A data-driven program owner. You harness the power of data to generate meaningful insights that drive decision-making. Your recommendations are grounded in business metrics, balancing key stakeholder needs.
A master dot connector. You excel at identifying and consolidating similar initiatives to amplify impact and minimize redundancy. You know when to engage stakeholders to ensure diverse perspectives are considered.
A curious and innovative change enthusiast. You have a passion for learning and refining your skills. You embrace a culture of iteration and experimentation. You are deeply committed to understanding the needs of our business and key stakeholders, translating business needs into tangible talent strategies and outcomes.

Minimum Requirements

Undergraduate or graduate degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Leadership/Organization Development (OD), Human Resources or Business Administration, or equivalent experience
5+ years of progressive HR/Leadership/TM/OD/OE experience within large organizations or equally complex environments
Knowledge of talent management best practices is preferred; experience leading programs such as Talent Reviews, Promotions, and/or Performance Management
Experience building trusted relationships with senior leaders and cross-functional partners
Strong program management and organization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time and a focus on continuous improvement
Excellent operational/analytical skills. Experience using data to measure the success of existing initiatives and inform opportunities for new initiatives
Track record of driving positive organizational change in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
Excellent written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills

For Colorado-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $141,300 to $194,300.

For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $155,400 to $213,800.

For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $169,600 to $233,200.

For Illinois based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $155,400 to $213,800.

Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
