Position Overview
Lead the operational implementation of our organization's talent redeployment initiatives. This
strategic role bridges the gap between redeployment strategy and execution, working across
multiple stakeholders to design, implement, and scale processes that enable efficient internal
talent mobility.

Key Responsibilities

Process Design & Implementation
• Develop and implement scalable mechanisms and processes for talent redeployment
across the organization
• Partner with legal, recruiting, compensation, and other key teams to ensure alignment
and compliance
• Design end-to-end workflows that support efficient talent transitions while maintaining
business continuity
• Establish governance frameworks that balance speed, compliance, and employee
experience
Stakeholder Management
• Collaborate with business leaders, HR Business Partners, and functional teams to
operationalize redeployment strategies
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive adoption and engagement
• Facilitate cross-functional working sessions to address obstacles and identify solutions
• Act as the operational liaison between strategy teams and implementation partners
Manager & Team Enablement
• Develop comprehensive enablement resources for receiving and exiting managers
• Create toolkits, training materials, and communication templates to support the
redeployment process
• Lead education initiatives to ensure stakeholders understand their roles and
responsibilities
• Establish support mechanisms to assist managers through complex redeployment
scenarios

Metrics & Reporting

• Design and implement metrics frameworks to track redeployment effectiveness
• Develop reporting capabilities to provide insights on progress, challenges, and outcomes
• Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for process improvement
• Create executive-level dashboards to communicate program performance
Program Management
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of redeployment initiatives
• Identify and mitigate risks to program success
• Manage the pace and scale of implementation based on organizational readiness
• Drive continuous improvement through feedback and process iteration

For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $214,800 to $327,600.

For Illinois based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $196,800 to $300,200.

Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
