Role Description:
Strategistは、アカウントチームよりSICプログラムの依頼を受けてからミーティングを実施するまで、全てのフェーズにおいてリードし、関連商談の創出、拡大、加速に貢献する
- アカウントチームからお客様の概要、商談状況、課題をヒアリング
- お客様の期待する内容とSalesforceとしてのゴール双方を満たすミーティングアジェンダを提案
- アジェンダごとに最適な社内のエキスパートを巻き込む
- お客様の期待を超える場となるようアカウントチーム、スピーカーと明瞭で透過性の高いコミュニケーションを実施
- ミーティングの日程• 場所を確定し、オペレーション＆エクスペリエンスチームと連携してお客様の来社に向けたロジスティックを計画
- マーケティング部門と連携し、会社が注力するイベント会場内でのミーティングを準備• 運営
- Salesforceを活用してデータ分析、トラッキング、レポーティング
- SICをより効果的に活用してもらうため、アカウントチーム向けにSICの価値提案を促進
Required Skills/Experience:
- お客様の課題や期待値などを的確に把握するヒアリング力、論理的思考力を持つ （キャリアイメージ：コンサルタント経験者等）
- 自律的にものごとを進めることができる
- 組織横断的な複数プロジェクトに携わった経験
- 突発的な問題にも臨機応変に対応し、スピーディ、且つ柔軟に対応できる
- 新しい製品やテクノロジー、顧客事例を継続して吸収する学習意欲
- 文書、口頭両面でのコミュニケーションにおいて明確、適格であり簡潔である卓越したコミュニケーション能力
- お客様に最善のおもてなしを演出する熱意、気配り
- プロジェクトマネジメント経験：3年以上
- 日本語：ネイティブ
- 英語：グローバルのチームとコミュニケーションが取れるビジネスレベルの英語力
Preferred Requirement:
- マーケティングや社内でのイベントをプランニングし、デリバリーした経験
- IT企業における特定業界向けコンサルティング、セールスといったカスタマーフェイシングロールの経験
- Salesforceを活用した業務経験
