About the Role

As a Solution Engineer, you'll collaborate closely with our Commerce Sales teams across all industries to craft tailored solutions that address the unique needs of our diverse clientele. Whether it's enhancing B2B relationships, delivering exceptional B2C experiences of supporting our customers Order management and fulfilment requirements, you'll play a pivotal role in driving success for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand and map customer goals to the Salesforce product portfolio, designing innovative solutions that address their challenges.
  • Present our Commerce technology with deep familiarity of our B2C, B2B and Order management capabilities , ensuring confidence in our offerings.
  • Lead technical discussions with various stakeholders, from C-level executives to IT teams, articulating the value of our solutions.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and market opportunities, leveraging your expertise to drive product innovation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams around the globe to solve technical problems and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Participate in product training and certifications to stay at the forefront of product, domain and industry knowledge.

Experience/Skills Required

  • Proven experience as a solution/sales engineer ideally in Commerce or related technology fields; alternatively in Salesforce technology.
  • Familiarity with common web technologies and programming experience including React, Next.js, Vue.js, Node.js, etc.
  • Strong analytical and architecture skills to develop winning solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to perform engaging demonstrations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-selling environment.
  • Fluency in German and English.

Desired Skills

  • Knowledge of industries such as Retail, Consumer Goods, Manufacturing, Automotive, HLS, TelCo or Travel & Transport.
  • Understanding of system architecture and backend integration scenarios for E-Commerce.
