Solution Architects (SA) are consultants who help our strategic client companies develop and implement Salesforce product adoption strategies. After deeply understanding the business challenges and goals of our clients, we engage with them in terms of functionality and technology, and conduct a comprehensive solution design based on understanding requirements, analyzing information, and our best practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Focus on customer success and understand customer strategies
  • Based on our best practices (standard functions, various knowledge), provide solutions optimized for business requirements considering the customer's business from a broad and long-term perspective and working with customers and partners
  • In projects led by us, we determine the solution implementation method that is suitable for the customer's needs and business, lead roadmap planning, business process redesign, the development as an application lead, and provide high-quality results. We are broadly responsible for the system introduction stage according to the customer's needs, from planning, requirements analysis, Fit & Gap assessment, development, and testing.
  • In advisory projects, we provide design reviews on functional or technical aspects, project implementation guidelines and best practices for Salesforce adaption, and advice on the introduction or optimization of our own applications, such as setting up and assessing the health of existing applications, according to the customer's needs.
  • Regardless of the project type, we create a work plan (WBS) at the required level, perform project management including progress management, and realize high delivery quality.
  • Beyond the scope of the project, as an expert in our own products, we provide actionable and effective suggestions for various problems of the customer, and in some cases, present key points that lead the customer's innovation to success.
  • We learn and utilize our best practices, and also contribute to the accumulation of knowledge based on our own experience.
  • We quickly grasp the latest technologies, including three annual upgrades of our products, and perform them in parallel to support the customer's projects.
  • We build trust and manage expectations through close communication with customers and business partners.
  • Collaborate with team members in other roles, such as project managers, business architects, and technical architects, to achieve results as a team.

Your Impact:
You as a Solution Architect(SA) participate in high-difficulty projects that assume the use of Cross Cloud and the latest Salesforce products. From project planning to design, construction, and testing, you provide and support solutions that utilize best practices and standard functions to customers in a wide range of areas, and lead customers' business and digital transformation to success. You can easily access global insights and knowledge when performing their work, and can utilize assets and offerings accumulated through more than 10 years of delivery experience, allowing you to grow into a first-class consultant for Salesforce products. In addition, you can participate in both introduction projects led by the company and advisory projects for customers and partners, so you can obtain growth opportunities according to your skills and career development plans.

Basic Requirements:

  • Total 10~20 years of professional and/or project management experience
  • Digital Transformation and/or Process Innovation consulting experience
  • 5+ years of experience as a consultant, architect or application lead, or project manager of 5+ people
  • Consulting skills such as logical thinking and problem solving
  • Experience with Waterfall and/or Agile methodologies
  • Enterprise architecture landscape and/or solution architecture consulting and/or design experience
  • Practical experience and understanding of IT system implementation project methodologies that can be understood and directly utilized in development methodologies
  • IT knowledge that can quickly understand product specifications or our company's best practices and knowledge
  • Business level of Korean and English language skills
  • Ability to perform work voluntarily and proactively
  • Ability to always learn about the client's industry and new technologies/functions and to actively recommend and implement them
  • Documentation ability to logically and accurately convey your opinions or solutions
  • High level of leading skills and engagement ability to lead customers who "want to understand their work and systems, empathize with their past background, and lead them in the right direction for the future."

Preferred Requirements:

  • Understanding of Salesforce product capabilities and features
  • Business Process and/or User Story consulting experience
  • Experience defining hypothetical to-be business processes and systems based on understanding of the customer's current processes and existing systems, product standard functions, internal best practices, and similar systems
  • Experience creating an implementation plan and roadmap for the introduction of a solution reviewed by myself and supporting and promoting it as a project
  • Experience in introduction and consulting using cloud solutions such as Salesforce
  • Experience developing general web applications and modeling data
  • Experience building a customer's to-be model using best practices or reference architecture
