The Sales Cloud Strategists lead and drive vision, strategy, and alignment with our Salesforce Telco customers' Sales Cloud Leaders. We focus on delivering vision-to-value by redefining our customers' businesses through an experience-led, human-centered approach. We bring a deep level of expertise in transforming businesses and brands-focusing on seamlessly integrating business goals and the power of our Salesforce platform. We work with customers to define their vision, plan their strategies and launch ground-breaking experiences that create measurable impact. This position will support our Comms industry teams.


Responsibilities


Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for building strategic relationships with our most senior C-level customers to significantly help guide them in addressing their transformational Sales Cloud and Data Cloud needs
  • Accountable to create various degrees of appropriate transformational strategic visions, digital maturity assessments, roadmaps, customer & user experience journey maps, and other strategic recommendations - with the expectation of also bringing these experiences to life.
  • Be the catalyst for change between technology, brand, and business - with a strong skill in working with Sales Cloud and Data Cloud technology.
  • Partner with Industry Portfolio Leads on new business by identifying new business opportunities and connecting the appropriate abilities needed to support
  • Support business development in pursuits, solutions, estimation and high level staffing plans
  • Use compelling storytelling and future visioning to drive consensus, alignment, and implementation of visions.
  • Drive a culture of business value-driven decision making and measurement.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, agencies, and partners - up to an executive level.
  • Develop thought leadership, being a champion of innovation and standard methodologies.
  • Provide leadership for teams within the Sales Cloud workstream.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • 15+ years experience, with 8+ years leadership experience inside the Telecommunications Industry.
  • Consulting experience inside of Consulting firms or Service Integrators.
  • Salesforce Sales Cloud product knowledge and expertise as well as knowledge of Salesforce products and ecosystem - at an enterprise level.
  • Experience leading teams at a Director+ level and comfort combining business case evaluation, idea-to-reality planning, analysis-led insight development, and strategy to build best-in-class programs.
  • Experience delivering to large groups, and executive level marketers, Comms or Tech industry experience highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace suite, including Slide development, and digital collaboration tools like Miro, Mural, or similar.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills - with an emphasis on compelling storytelling and visualization skills (virtual and onsite presentations or workshops).
  • Design and facilitation of workshops, user testing, and research sessions.
  • Strong analytical skills, or the ability to translate large and complex sets of information into simple digestible stories.
  • A commitment to listen and learn with empathy and a curious approach to problem solving.
  • Confident, strategic leader with consistent track record of ownership and accountability in your career.
  • Bachelor's or advanced degrees, or equivalent in work experience.

For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $183,600 to $266,300.

For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $200,300 to $290,500.

Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
