Job Title: Senior Technical Program Management


Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) for Enterprise Enablement to spearhead strategic technology initiatives, fostering innovation and execution within the Enterprise Enablement domain.

In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with leadership to manage cross-functional planning and the delivery of key priorities, initiatives, and Program Increment (PI) planning, ensuring the seamless integration and delivery of significant business value across the portfolio.

You are adept at communicating effectively across all organizational levels, from individual engineers to senior executives, and possess a proven track record of managing large-scale, complex programs.

Impact - Your Responsibilities

  • Lead programs related to HRIS systems, employee engagement platforms, and workforce planning tools
  • Oversee integrations between HR systems and enterprise platforms
  • Manage initiatives related to financial systems examples being ERP, Budgeting and Procurement platforms
  • Ensure financial data integrity and audit readiness across integrated platforms
  • Strategically align stakeholders on portfolio vision, business goals, and strategy, defining program scope and securing cross-functional commitment.
  • Cultivate and leverage executive partnerships to drive strategic program objectives and optimize delivery for measurable success.
  • Conduct decisive program reviews to facilitate key decisions, eliminate roadblocks, and resolve issues, ensuring on-time goal attainment.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of enterprise software/technical program or engineering management experience at an enterprise technology company
  • Proven experience with annual long range, and quarterly, and program planning & road mapping
  • Understanding of Agile and SAFe frameworks and how to adopt them across a large, scaled, global, enterprise organization
  • Outstanding organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills conducive to driving consensus; able to work in a cross-functional, matrix management environment
  • The ability to navigate a large, complex organization and quickly develop relationships with a large set of Stakeholders, Vendors and Partners

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of conducting and leading SaaS product development programs; shown understanding of the SaaS business model and its product development lifecycle
  • Strong influence, organizational skills, and business understanding required to prioritize the portfolio of work, cross BPG deliverables, and dependencies across a dynamic environment
  • Deep understanding of program and organizational financial management concepts of budgeting, planning and forecast and balance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong presentation skills
  • Ability to quickly ramp on collaboration technologies (Google, SmartSheet, Quip, Slack)
  • Salesforce.com organization and product knowledge is a plus
