Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Sourcing, recruiting, and hiring senior sales professionals (both individual contributors and management hires) across a wide range of roles.
- Working closely with the Talent Attraction team to attract top-tier sales professionals.
- Managing the entire hiring process from sourcing through to offer acceptance and start.
- Providing expert guidance and support to hiring managers and recruiting team members.
- Participating in the worldwide recruiting team to implement and drive innovative recruiting programs and strategies to fill current openings and build a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Partnering with other departments (Finance, Compensation, Human Resources, BUs) to streamline the recruiting process.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of proven experience in recruiting, with a strong track record of success.
- Experience in high-volume hiring for IT sales roles.
- Data-driven, with expertise in KPI management, pipeline management, and the ability to meet quarterly hiring targets.
- Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement; ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships. Must pursue conscious cost-containment efforts in recruiting, continually seek new sourcing options, and develop creative approaches to delivering candidates to the customer.
- Ability to implement strategic recruiting initiatives, including employer branding, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management.
- Self-sufficient and able to work with minimal direct supervision.
- Possess strong analytical skills with the ability to build, measure, and scale workflows between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team.
- Japanese & English fluency
