About this role:
We are seeking a Director of Product Management to help enter a new category of Marketing Technology. This role requires a strong ability to prototype, evangelize, and gain support from senior and executive leadership teams. You will foster quick progress through prototyping and experimentation - turning concepts into code this year. You will support a Senior Director and Senior Vice President in executing this vision by designing customer-centric solutions in this space while leveraging partnerships with other Salesforce clouds to execute. This role reports to a Senior Vice President of Product Management based in the Bellevue, WA office.
Responsibilities:
- Drive feature-area level execution in a team entering a new category of Marketing Technology for Marketing Cloud.
- Support evangelism of this endeavor to senior and executive leadership teams.
- Deliver requirements, experiments, Proof-of-concept, and ultimately a released capability within the year - and then help scale investment in this area.
- Develop partnerships with related Salesforce clouds to maximize the impact of this program.
- Support development and revision of the Marketing Cloud roadmap overall.
- Elevate the organization's understanding of Marketer's needs and competitive pressures.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience as a Product Manager or equivalent
- Deep experience with marketing technologies or workflow management
- Consistent track record of leading all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience addressing executive leadership
- Demonstrated excellence at working independently and effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
- Demonstrated success in distributed, global team
