  • Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with Solutions leadership, Sales, and cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Partners) to align AI resources to the highest-value opportunities.
  • Player-Coach Role: Serve as an escalation point for complex sales engagements, providing direct solutioning support around AI/ML, data pipelines, and CRM integrations.
  • Resource Coordination: Prioritize and allocate specialist resources to meet field demand; ensure the right expertise is on hand for strategic opportunities.
  • Program & Initiative Leadership: Plan and execute strategic initiatives that enhance team effectiveness-such as enablement programs, new demo environments, workshops, or AI/ML best practices.
  • Deal Participation: Join key customer meetings and pursuits to drive solution strategy, clarify solution design, and articulate business value.
  • Thought Leadership & Enablement: Guide solution strategies for your team and encourage the creation of architectural best practices, demos, training materials, and proof-of-concepts-particularly around Agentforce's AI/ML capabilities, Generative AI, and agent-based frameworks.
  • Collaboration & Relationship-Building: Nurture relationships with cross-functional groups, ensuring alignment on product capabilities, sales priorities, and customer needs.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Leadership in Solutions Architecture: Proven experience leading or coaching technical teams (architects, solution engineers, or related roles) within B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
  • AI, Data, & CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with AI/ML, data platforms, and CRM (Salesforce or comparable), with the ability to articulate both technical feasibility and business value.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Comfortable aligning with cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, Product, Marketing) and engaging with executive-level audiences.
  • Project & Program Management: Experience planning and executing initiatives that scale solution teams' impact-such as enablement and tool development.
  • Communication & Strategy: Skilled in presenting complex ideas, defining solution approaches, and driving consensus.
  • Strategic & Growth Mindset: Demonstrated ability to inspire teams, foster innovation, and adapt to evolving technologies.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Prior Solutions Management Experience: Background in managing architects, solutions engineers, or other technical support roles.
