The Finance & Strategy (F&S) team serves as a trusted advisor to the business to help inform and guide decision-making through business partner support and insightful analyses.

We are looking for a Senior Finance Manager within the F&S Corporate Bookings team to drive bookings/topline analysis and reporting. The F&S Corporate Bookings team is part of the F&S Global Revenue, Bookings and M&A org that partners cross-functionally to help drive topline growth agenda for the organization.

You will be in a high-visibility, high-impact role and help provide analytical thought leadership with a strong business sense. The ideal candidate would be a data-driven, forward-thinking, results oriented individual who has a bias for action and thrives in fast-paced environments. This role is hybrid and meets in office 3 days a week in Indianapolis or Atlanta.

Responsibilities

  • Own/Lead business insights for worldwide corporate bookings & topline growth.
  • Lead forecasting, planning & analysis for key topline metrics including AOV/Net New AOV, NCR et el.
  • Partner with Investor Relations to shape company narrative on topline performance through deep business analysis.
  • Drive thought leadership on topline performance & new metrics through driver-based analytical/PxQ approaches.
  • Lead/support the broader corporate rhythm of business in context of new metrics by owning the prep work for CFO reviews/earnings, investor day, board updates, month & quarter close.
  • Partner cross-functionally, including with Finance, Sales Strategy & Product Growth partners to influence/shape topline agenda and drive growth.
  • Land/Support creation of best-in-class topline metrics/fiscal year targets in partnership with cross-functional teams.
  • Anticipate changes resulting from business model transition to consumption and proactively drive analytics for it.
  • Support new monetization/go-to-market models for Agentforce/Consumption by ensuring metric requirements are incorporated into reporting and financial implications are well understood.
  • Shape metric policies and drive continuous operational improvements.
  • Engage with Project Lotus & other partners to shape the future of corporate metrics.

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Economics, or related quantitative field AND 8+ years experience in financial/business analysis or finance or related field.
  • OR Master's degree in Business Administration/MBA in Finance, Business Analytics, Economics or related quantitative field AND 6+ years experience in financial/business analysis or finance or related field.
  • OR equivalent demonstrated experience.

Preferred/Additional Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Topline/Revenue analysis, planning & reporting, including at a global, publicly traded company.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and proficient at driver based financial modeling and synthesizing business insights.
  • Exceptional problem solving and critical thinking skills; proven ability to structure sophisticated problems & simplify, and present well-supported solutions.
  • Proven ability to partner cross-functionally, and influence & impact without authority.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills, strong executive presence, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to support and drive major initiatives across a diverse, geographically dispersed, multicultural environment.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce business practices and sales/operational processes.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, constantly evolving environment.
  • Self-motivated and a sense of urgency.
  • Experience working in SaaS/Cloud/High-tech and across subscription & consumption business models.
  • Data driven and detail oriented. Comfortable working with large datasets using Excel/Google Sheets, SQL & Tableau.
