We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Growth Marketing Manager to join our Growth Marketing team. This individual contributor role will focus on driving self-serve expansion, and leveraging Product-Led Growth (PLG) principles to support product-led-sales expansion motions within the existing customer base. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase product adoption and drive upsell opportunities, working closely with marketing, product and sales teams to optimize the customer journey and achieve revenue targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development and Execution:

    • Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to increase product adoption and drive upsell opportunities within the existing customer base.
    • Define and track key metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of expansion growth initiatives, driving continuous improvement.
    • Identify innovative growth opportunities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Product-Led Growth Initiatives:

    • Drive adoption and expansion programs, including lifecycle marketing, in-app experiences, personalized recommendations, and self-service upgrades.
    • Work closely with marketing, product, sales and operations teams to enhance the customer experience, focusing on product discovery, value realization, and monetization.
    • Implement and oversee experimentation and optimization efforts across the customer journey to improve adoption rates and increase customer lifetime value.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:

    • Partner with product management, engineering, sales, and marketing teams to ensure alignment on shared objectives for customer growth and expansion.
    • Influence product roadmaps and feature prioritization to support adoption and upsell goals.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in growth marketing, SaaS marketing, or related roles.
  • Proven track record of driving product-led growth strategies for a SaaS or technology company.
  • Strong understanding of growth marketing principles, lifecycle management, and customer experience.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to optimize performance and make informed decisions.
  • Experience managing and optimizing growth funnels, including customer acquisition, activation, and retention in hybrid sales models.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to identify innovative growth opportunities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively present strategies and results to stakeholders.

For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $141,300 to $194,300.

For Illinois based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $155,400 to $213,800.

Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
