Salesforce Switzerland seeks a Senior Field Marketing professional to lead our Industry GTM team's initiatives. Reporting to the Head of Marketing for Switzerland, this crucial role requires a phenomenal marketer to develop strong partnerships with the Swiss Sales and GTM team, along with a wide range of stakeholders. Your mission will be to create the perfect marketing mix as a demand-generation strategy specifically for the Financial Services industry, driving growth in the Swiss market. Your background should demonstrate substantial expertise in industry marketing within a major enterprise software environment or a leading industry sector. As a Senior Field Marketer, you will exemplify dynamic and empathetic leadership, promoting a customer-centric and data-driven approach. This role involves driving the successful implementation of various marketing tactics in alignment with the Sales GTM strategy, such as digital marketing campaigns, to achieve our pipeline generation goals and secure top-tier new accounts in Switzerland.

Key Responsibilities:

Go-to-Market Strategy:
In collaboration with EMEA and Global marketing, as well as sales leadership, devise and implement comprehensive go-to-market marketing strategies. Coordinate cross-channel and stakeholder efforts, including Campaigns, Digital, strategic and third-party events, executive programs, and Salesforce Innovation Centre engagements, ensuring alignment with overarching marketing and business goals and the attainment of marketing objectives.

Data-Driven Innovation:
Employ data analytics to improve the performance of marketing sourced and influenced pipeline activities within the industry GTM, accurately target customers, and synchronize with sales dynamics to refine marketing strategies and expenditures for optimal impact and engagement.

Stakeholder Alignment:
Maintain clear and consistent communication with key stakeholders, especially sales leaders. Play an integral role in translating business priorities into cohesive marketing strategies, bridging communication divides, ensuring decisions and actions are transparent and supported, and harmonizing sales and marketing priorities to deliver results.

Performance Management:
Be responsible for annual industry marketing strategies and objectives. You will be responsible for managing the budget and quarterly benchmarks, initiatives, and metrics, guaranteeing measurable and accountable outcomes. Ensure lead follow-up and conversion processes are effective. Foster synergy across various teams to inspire and mobilize a community of Trailblazer customers to advocate for Salesforce.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum of 5-8 years of professional experience, including several years in marketing roles is a plus.
  • Expertise in integrated digital marketing strategies.
  • Experience in developing customer-focused marketing strategies.
  • Results-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Outstanding time management and prioritization skills.
  • Highly motivated, visionary approach with the ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in German and English; French is a plus.
