Salesforce Inc. seeks Senior Experience Consultant in Austin, TX:

Job Duties: Understand the business and end-user's needs to translate those needs into intuitive, transformational experiences, primarily driven by a focus on research, interaction design, and technical feasibility. Assist with Experience Design activities throughout all phases of the design process of a large-scale, agile-based implementation. Owns the creation/execution of UX deliverables including UX concepts, definition of customer needs, task analysis, user flows, low and high-fidelity wireframes. Documents interaction specifications and works closely with development teams to ensure design specifications are implemented correctly (design QA). Drives end-user validation activities including stakeholder interviews, concept validation, and usability testing. Contributes to and drives a variety of experience design activities which may include client-facing design sessions, co-creation, audits, and/or design reviews. Present designs clearly, supports design decisions, lead changes in project scope, identify potential issues, and adjust when necessary. Collaborate with internal team members to structure project work, plan, and complete client proposals. Telecommuting is an option.

Minimum Requirements: Five (5) years of experience in the job offered or in any occupation in related field.

Special Skill Requirements: (1) Design viable client solutions by leveraging current product capabilities; (2) Construct relevant use cases; (3) Creating and delivering technical proof points; (4) POTs, and POC; (5) Solution Design; and (6) Proposals and MVPs.

Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable. Telecommuting is an option.
