The organisation is seeking an Employee Success Partner Consultant (ESPC) to join the ESBP team in India. The ideal candidate will understand the business and talent strategy, building strong connections with stakeholders and people managers. They will coach and support people managers, drive HR programs, and use data analytics to offer insights for talent management. Additionally, they will participate in regional and country-specific initiatives to ensure alignment with global goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, data analytics expertise, and the ability to adapt to changing situations, fostering a culture of success.
Responsibilities:
- In partnership with ESBPs, support and lead ES Cyclical programs.
- Analyse and provide insights on all programs (i.e. compensation, merit, promotion, GIS, G4G, etc.), offering support to regional ESBP and supported organisations.
- Process input and design, including running audits to ensure program effectiveness.
- Partnering with One ES (CoEs and other ES stakeholders) to ensure success of ES Programs and garner support on India level projects/initiatives.
- Global ESPC Community Connect, aligning with the Global PC organisation and facilitating two-way best practice sharing.
- Support ESBPs in driving ES programs with data-driven insights/audits: Talent Review, Performance Management, Performance ratings, GIS, G4G, Promotions, Merit cycle, Performance management, Periodic Business Reviews, Ad hoc data requests.
- Preparing content for Business & ES QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews).
- Establishing and maintaining strong connections with the people manager population.
- Working closely with people managers to understand their needs and provide tailored HR support.
- Proactively understands what analysis needs to be done to provide a narrative to leaders on their overall org health
- Onboards, leads, and coaches fellow ESPCs.

- Relevant work experience required: 5-7 years
- Efficiently manage extensive data sets, conduct analyses, derive insights, and create impactful presentations.
