The Regulated Industries Technology Consulting Group is a team of Technical architects with in-depth experience in the Salesforce platform, and Financial Services or Health Industries. This unmatched expertise translates into business solutions for our REG clients that push the boundaries of what's possible, giving our clients a competitive advantage to transform and thrive in a dynamic industry.

The Senior Director/ Team Lead will be responsible for managing, growing, and scaling a diverse team. The person will also be responsible for providing oversight to large delivery engagements, assisting with pre-sales activities, and coordinating the best-of-Salesforce assistance to our REG customers.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability to lead large engagements
  • In-depth understanding of our Delivery Methodology
  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform
  • Ability to successfully drive senior executive leadership conversations to help mitigate and resolve escalated accounts and issues for projects and programs
  • Demonstrated experience in collaborating, ideating, and driving business growth.
  • Exhibit strong interpersonal skills in developing relationships with customers and internal teams.
  • Exceptionally focused on knowing the strengths and areas for improvement for each team member.
  • Recognizes the needs of the Sales/GTM organization and contributes to its success by partnering with sales leadership to help drive high-quality deals for the operating unit.
  • Identify opportunities to improve critical business challenges to improve key metrics (revenue, margin, and utilization) and drive big impacts on the business.
  • 7+ years of Salesforce implementation or advisory experience.
  • 10+ years of Waterfall and Agile project methodology expertise.
  • Relevant and applicable Salesforce Certifications are strongly preferred.
  • Regulated Industries Industry experience is required, namely in Health/Life Sciences or Financial Services
  • 5+ years experience managing a large team of Technical Architects

Responsibilities


Foster Delivery Excellence

  • Equip the team to deliver and drive best-in-class architectures at customer engagements
  • Ensure adherence to best practices and approved methodologies.
  • Sponsor engagements including cross-org best practice guidance
  • Monitor, triage, and support delivery execution to mitigate risks proactively
  • Manage project escalations - project health remediation
  • Collaborate with Global Delivery Assurance on project leadership and initiatives and activities toward improving delivery excellence.
  • Develop and grow the team's consulting skills, industry knowledge, product knowledge, competency skills, and leadership capabilities.
  • Manage multiple people and define roles, responsibilities, and expectations related to performance on projects and for internal contributions.
  • Achieve 25% utilization target.

Growth & Operational Excellence

  • Develop a world-class technical architect organization
  • Change agent responsible for leading a large group of team leads and/or first-line managers and consultants through ever-evolving business rhythms, ultimately helping to improve key metrics for revenue, margin & utilization.
  • Partner with peers and team leads on internal initiatives, as well as drive initiatives for industry operating units.
  • Guide action plans for team members in stretch roles for personal development.
  • Identify and coach future people leaders.
  • Provide direct performance feedback and coaching for overall improvement.
  • Calibrate intra-team talent and cross-org talent
  • Prepare for annual promotion, merit, and stock cycles to proactively advise/decide on compensation allocation

Support GTM Partners

  • Partner closely with internal functions to support recruiting, talent management, and staffing.
  • Participate in pre-sales pursuits to deepen connection with license sales and product orgs
  • Ensure balanced support of portfolios and projects as well as people.
  • Act as a SME/contributor to bodies of work such as, but not limited to, offerings, methodology, enablement.

Requirements / Skills

  • Must be willing to travel up to 50% as needed.
  • Able to effectively consult, facilitate, and advise at the executive level.
  • Strong technical understanding of the Salesforce platform
  • Must have Salesforce implementation consulting experience or direct experience implementing Salesforce.
  • Deep understanding of project management processes, methodologies, and experience successfully delivering client projects.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • People Leadership experience
