Join us as a Business Operations & Strategy Leader within Salesforce, where you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the Analytics Cloud organization's agility and efficiency. Role and Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Drive planning and operational plans and templates with partnership of TPM org, ensuring cohesive collaboration and engagement across the organization through Product and Tech Summits.
- Resource Management: Collaborate with leadership to maintain a strategic overview of headcount, contractors, and full-time employees, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Deliver Resource Costing model to facilitate Line of Confidence Roadmap and feature prioritization.
- Deadline Management: Ensure timely execution of critical business processes such as check-ins, review cycles, and performance management, keeping the organization on track and engaged with company initiatives.
- Executive Presentation Support: Work closely with deck-building team members to translate strategic visions into impactful presentations for executive leadership in a nimble and ad hoc manner.
- Annual Planning & Operational Processes: Support the annual planning cycle and other operational processes to align team goals with overall business objectives, support ad hoc collection of funding requests, and process documentation and maintenance.
- Executive Liaison & Actionable Planning: Partner directly with the SVP to translate high-level executive directives into actionable plans, ensuring clear and timely communication and collaboration across and stakeholders across the Engineering and Product Organizations to ensure key stakeholders are engaged, track progress and close the feedback loop on strategic initiatives and deliver data driven updates for the broader organization (V2MOM updates, LRP etc).
- Operational Efficiency & Agility: Develop and implement processes that enhance operational efficiency, allowing the organization to quickly adapt to changing business focus and directives. Develop and manage org-wide resources/templates
- Champion Salesforce on Salesforce and drive adoption using Tableau Einstein and other Agentforce technology to improve customer experience and drive efficiency.
Minimum Requirements:
- 12+ years of relevant work experience (or 7+ years post-MBA or equivalent higher degree), preferably in tech strategy/ops functions, management consulting, or investment banking
- Strong preference for demonstrated strategy & ops leadership across large, matrixed product and engineering organizations covering financial and operational success. Thrives in a matrixed environment with the ability to establish credibility with product, engineering, TPMs and other leaders
- Demonstrated ability to be a thought leader and execution partner to senior product leaders to run & develop their orgs. Strong preference for pragmatic problem-solving within a complex operating environment e.g. work through ambiguous challenges
- Strong data analytics, finance, and problem-solving skills, with an ability to synthesize and problem-solve.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly ramp on product portfolios, understand key business drivers of performance and efficiency, rapidly advising on and partnering with Engineering and Product leaders to make excellent business decisions
- A solid track record of leading teams and developing talent with inclusive leadership
- Strong communication skills - both verbally and in writing; comfortable in business and technical discussions
- Track record of scoping and executing business and technical projects directly and overseeing the work of team members
- Technical understanding of SaaS Analytics solutions
- Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced team including highly technical areas
- Ability to handle interpersonal relationships judiciously and professionally
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including comfort with communication with senior leadership
- Very strong analytical skills, with the mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions
- Bachelor's degree in science and engineering, economics, business, or related field, Master's degree preferred
Preferred Skills/Traits:
- Solid understanding of Tableau products and technology
- Experience in both product and engineering organizations
- Experience working with Agile development methodologies, such as Scrum
- Experience delivering highly scalable products and product expansion strategies
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Grafana, PowerBI etc).

For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $203,000 to $309,700.
For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $221,500 to $337,800.
Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
